At Aimee Trouvaille, we pour our heart into every product to ensure you receive a high-quality, carefully crafted item. We are committed to providing the best products and services to our customers. Please read our policy carefully.

Your satisfaction and the integrity of your order are still our top priority. We fully guarantee your purchase against the following scenarios:

1. Damaged in Transit:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address]. We will require photos of the damaged product and its packaging to process your claim. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

2. Defective Products:

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a product is defective (e.g., a candle that will not stay lit, a coating flaw on a tumbler, a rancid oil), please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photos. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which is typically a replacement or a full refund.

3. Lost Packages:

If your tracking information shows that your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and, once confirmed lost, we will either replace your order or issue a full refund.

This means we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong product, scent, or size

Minor cosmetic variations (a natural part of the handmade process)

Important Notes for Specific Products:

Skincare & Perishables: Due to the intimate nature of handmade skincare, we cannot accept returns for any reason related to skin sensitivity or personal preference. We highly recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.

Personalized/Custom Items: All sales on personalized items (e.g., tumblers with custom names) are explicitly final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
