Custom Order Request

1. What types of products can I customize? Products including bodycare, lip care, skincare, and footcare items. You can choose from various ingredients, fragrances, and packaging options to create a product that suits your needs. As well as lifestyle items such as cups, tumblers and keychains.

2. How do I start a custom order? To begin a custom order, please fill out the custom order form at the bottom of this page. Include details about your desired product, customization options, and any specific requirements you have.

3. What information do I need to provide for a custom order?

  • To process your custom order, please provide:
    • Product Type and Description
    • Desired Ingredients and Fragrances
    • Packaging Preferences
    • Quantity
    • Any specific branding or labeling requirements
    • Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone Number)

4. Are there minimum order quantities (MOQs) for custom orders? Yes, the minimum order quantities for custom products varies depending on the product and customization level. 

5. How long does it take to complete a custom order? The timeline for custom orders varies based on the complexity of the customization and order quantity. A timeline will be available once your order details are reviewed.

6. Can I receive a sample of my custom product before placing a large order? Yes, please request a sample through our custom order form or send an email to custmorders@aimeetrouvaille.com.

Note that sample fees may apply and are usually non-refundable.

7. What are the payment terms for custom orders? Payment in full is required prior to production. Detailed payment terms will be provided in your invoice.

8. Can I make changes to my custom order after it’s been placed?Changes to your custom order can be made within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees. Please contact me as soon as possible to request any modifications.

9. What if I’m not satisfied with my custom order? Custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with the product quality or if it was made incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. 

10. Can I provide my own ingredients or packaging for custom orders? I generally provide ingredients and packaging for custom orders. If you wish to provide your own ingredients or packaging, please contact me to discuss feasibility and any associated costs.
